The food and service were good in general. We enjoyed the half-pension option, which included breakfast and dinner. the location was quite convenient, as we were able to access nearby winter sports activities quickly and easily.
Our room left much to be desired. There were outdated amenities and uncomfortable furniture.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for winter sports, as I could walk to the gondola in just 3 minutes. The hotel facilities were great, with cross country ski trails right across the street. The food exceeded my expectations, especially with the half-pension option. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service in multiple languages.

Absolutely beautiful town. Awesome room with amazing view. Comfortable beds and high-quality linen. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Great location for winter sports. Friendly and multilingual staff.

The location was perfect for our winter sports activities. We could easily walk to the gondola in just a few minutes, and the cross country ski trails were right across the street. The half-pension option was a great choice, as the food surpassed our expectations. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service in multiple languages.
There were some issues with the room. The cleanliness was also questionable, as we found a needle in the sofa-bed.

The location of the hotel is fantastic for winter sports activities, with the Mt. Helm gondola just a 3, minute walk away and cross, country ski trails right across the street. the staff at the hotel are friendly and provide excellent service in multiple languages. the food served during the half, pension option exceeds expectations and is of high quality. the renovated rooms offer comfortable beds, high, quality linen, and stunning views, making the stay even more enjoyable.
There is one aspect that could be improved upon, as mentioned in a review, some rooms may not have been renovated for quite some time, resulting in outdated amenities like old phones with outdated instructions.
